Lift Out Runs

Once you are comfortable combining lift outs both ways you can try to run them together.
The hoop will be going around your body without ever touching it.
Once you get into the flow of this move you could try to make the back pass lower.
With a bit of practice you can end up with a low straight armed pass at the back.
